Return Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.
Notes
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the received item is damaged or incorrect due to our error, the return shipping cost will be fully covered by us. We will promptly resolve the issue to ensure your satisfaction.
Returns or Exchanges for Non-Quality Issues
For returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues (e.g., size doesn’t fit or change of mind), we are happy to assist. However, the shipping cost for such returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
No Restocking Fee
We guarantee that no restocking fees will be charged for any returns.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In order to maintain the integrity of our brand new products in the European and American markets, all returned products must be categorized as used when shipped to Vietnam. Refurbished products will not re-enter the new product sales channel.

Pre-processing of cross-border returns
Consumers must mark “Used Goods - Declared Value 30% of Original Price” on the outer box of the parcel.
Goods missing their original packaging are subject to a 15% depreciation charge (deducted from the refund amount)
Ban on secondary sales
Goods returned to Vietnam for use only:
✓ Resale in the Southeast Asian secondary market
✓ Parts dismantling for recycling
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
